NRV911 is scheduled to cutover from Enhanced 911 to Next Generation 911 on Thursday, July 13. Extensive testing has already been conducted as part of the preparation for this transition, and a highly detailed transition plan is in place. This comprehensive plan includes additional testing and contingencies to ensure a smooth process. Although we do not anticipate any 911 service outages, we want to prioritize caution and take a moment to remind everyone of alternative methods to reach us.
